We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Supply chain route data is isolated per organization in our multi-tenant architecture.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Historical alert and event data retention varies by tier (14 days for Recon, 90 days for Scout, 1 year for Sentinel, unlimited for Command and Enterprise).
